Schönes, helles möbliertes Zimmer in einem Haus mit Garten in guter Lage an eine/n Student/en/in, Praktikant/in zu vermieten. Kurzzeit-Vermietung (ab 3 Monaten ist möglich gegen Aufpreis - sofern noch frei, bitte anfragen).

Zur Hausgemeinschaft gehören fünf Personen (Familie 1w + 2m + 1w Studentin + Dir). Mitbenutzung von Küche, Esszimmer, Garten, Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Toilette und Duschbad teilst Du mit zwei Mitbewohner/innen. Im Zimmer befindet sich WLAN sowie ein LAN-Anschluss. Ein Klavier ist auch vorhanden.
In der Warmmiete sind alle Kosten enthalten (keine verdeckten Kosten).

Rauchen ist im Haus nicht erlaubt. Der Konsum von Cannabis, wie er seit 1. April 2024 in Deutschland erlaubt ist, wird im Haus und im Garten nicht toleriert.

Nice bright furnished room in a house with garden in a good located area to rent to a student. Short time rent (e.g. min. 1 month with surcharge, if room is free, is possible on request.

Five people (family 1f + 2m, 1f student + you) belong to the house community. We share kitchen, dinning room, wardrobe, garden, wash room with wash machine and dryer, TV room. You will share toilette and shower with the two inhabitants. In your room you will find WLAN as well as LAN. A piano is also available. All costs are included in the warm rent (no hidden costs).

Smoking is not permitted in the house. The use of cannabis, which has been permitted in Germany since April 1, 2024, is not tolerated in the house or garden.

Der begehrte Stadtteil Heiderhof bietet fußläufig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Post, Apotheke, Eiscafe, Supermarkt) sowie Ärzte, Restaurants, Kitas und eine evangelische und katholische Kirche.

Busse fahren im 10 Minutentakt: nur 3 Minuten Fußweg bis zu den beiden Buslinien 611 und 613. Beide Linien fahren direkt zur S-Bahn-Station "Stadthalle" und zum Bahnhof "Bad Godesberg" (S-Bahn 61 und 63 bis Bonn-City, Regionalbahn in 5 Minuten bis Bonn-City). Über diese Verbindungen sind Uni Campus City (Hauptgebäude, Juridicum), Uni Campus Poppelsdorf und Uni Campus Endenich einfach zu erreichen.

Zusammenwohnen (English below):

Das Zusammenwohnen/-leben im Haus ist entspannt und unkompliziert. Aktivitäten, wie sonntags frühstücken zusammen frühstücken oder gemeinsam Abendessen, zusammensitzen im Garten und plaudern, Outdoor Aktivitäten und Besuche von Museen und Märkten oder Sehenswürdigkeiten sind absolut freiwillig und ergeben sich im Alltag oder auch nicht.

The sought-after city area Heiderhof offers shopping opportunities (post office, pharmacie, italien ice cafe, supermarket) as well as doctors, restaurants, kindergarten and a protestian and catholic church.

Bus will depart in 10-minute interval: only 3 minute walk to the bus stop of line 611 and 613.Both directly go to the tram station "Stadthalle" and to the station "Bad Godesberg" (tram directly goes to Bonn City, the regional train just needs 5 minutes from station to Bonn City respectively Bonn main station). Via these connections the Uni Campus City (Hauptgebäude, Juridicum), Uni Campus Poppelsdorf and Uni Campus Endenich are easy to get to.

Living together in the house is relaxed and uncomplicated. Activities like having breakfast together on Sundays or dinner, sitting together in the garden and chatting, outdoor activities and visits to museums and markets or places of interest are completely voluntary and may or may not arise in everyday life.
