Are you looking for a spacious apartment in the heart of the city with all the historical sights in the walking distance yet quiet in the hinterhof?
The apartment is on the 4th floor of an old building in Oranienstrasse. It has a long shape with one room looking to the front of the building and the other two to the hinterhof. Its a spacious and open layout. The middle room is an open kitchen style living room and the other two rooms are completely separated from each other (good for WG). Sunny all day long. Einbaukuche.
There is a nice ,industrial hof with yoga. Close to U8 Moritzplatz. 2 min walk to a lovely pond with ducks swans and roses. 10 min walk to canal. Additionally we have a rented covered parking spot which we can pass on :)
No balcony and Keller unfortunately.
