We are moving to Cambridge for at least 6 month and would like to sublet our flat from the 15.05.2024 for the time being (with the possibility of extension).
We will take most of the furniture but will leave the washing machine, the bed, a cupboard in the hallway, probably a table as well as sun lounger and a super nice barbecue. It’s a very bright flat with large windows and a big and sunny balcony (9 m2). Comes with a nice built-in kitchen with dish washer.
It’s perfect for a couple and conveniently located in Erich-Nehlhans-Straße (close to S Storkower Straße).
The rent is 1600 euro per month with everything included (also wifi and gez). However, we will redirect the “Nebenkostenabrechnung” (utility bill from landlord) proportionally.
Anmeldung is possible.
The contract will be in German.
