Ich würde meine Wohnung in Leipzig Goldschmidtstr. gerne von Mitte Juli bis Ende August untervermieten.

Sie liegt im Mitte von Leipzig. Die Bahn ist 2 min zu Fuß entfernt und fährt direkt (5min) in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof.

In der Miete von 450 euro pro Monat sind alle Nebenkosten sowie Strom und Internet enthalten. vollständiger Aufenthalt (10. Juli bis 1. September): 795 Euro
Die Wohnung ist hell und die Nachbarn sehr leise und nett.
Ich hatte bisher nie Beschwerden

I would like to sublet my apartment in Leipzig Goldschmidtstr. from mid-July to the end of August.

It is located in the center of Leipzig which is very accessible for the whole city.
The train is a 2-minute walk away and goes directly (5 minutes) to the city center and the train station.

The apartment is bright and the neighbors are very quiet and nice.

The rent of 450 euros per month includes all utilities as well as electricity and internet. full stay (10th of July till 1st of Sep): 795 euro
